How do I record an interview?

Go to the Record tab, choose which child you're recording and the occasion (birthday, first day of school, Mother's/Father's Day, Christmas, a monthly prompt, or freeform), pick or edit your questions, then tap the record button to start and stop.

How do I save a video to my phone's Photos app?

Open any video from your Library and tap "Save to Photos." This adds a copy to your device's own Photos app.

How do I delete a video?

Open the video from your Library and tap "Delete." This removes it from Kinderview and frees up the space on your device.

Is my data backed up anywhere?

No — Kinderview stores everything locally on your device only, with no cloud backup. If you delete the app, your videos and data are deleted with it, so use "Save to Photos" on anything you want a separate copy of.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID, not inside Kinderview. On your device, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or manage it directly at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
